Your Website Isn't the Problem. Nobody Can Prove It's Working.

Most contractors I meet are paying somebody for marketing and can't answer one question: what did the last booked job cost me?

They get a report full of impressions and "keyword positions." Meanwhile 27% of calls to home service businesses go unanswered, and fewer than 3 in 100 people leave a voicemail. The rest hang up and dial the next guy on the list.

That's not a ranking problem. That's a leak between the search and the sale, and no agency that only sells SEO is responsible for closing it.

Four Places a Job Goes Missing. I Cover All Four.

Most agencies sell you one of these and call it marketing. A job lost at any of the other three is lost just the same, and you never find out which one it was. The two halves run as one system for that reason.

01

They never find you

Nine services buried on one page, a Google profile set up once in 2019, no page for half the towns you drive to. You are invisible for the searches that pay.

A page for every service, a page for every town, and the Google profile rebuilt properly.

02

They find you and leave

Six seconds to load on a phone in a driveway, the number three scrolls down, no price anywhere. They are already dialling somebody else.

Under two seconds, your number tappable on every screen, and the money question answered on the page.

03

They call and nobody answers

27% of calls to home service businesses go unanswered, and fewer than 3 in 100 leave a voicemail. You cannot take a call from under a sink.

Missed-call text-back replies in about thirty seconds, so the conversation starts instead of ending.

04

You cannot tell what worked

The report says impressions are up. Your bank account disagrees. Nobody can tell you what the last booked job actually cost you.

One page a month: calls in, calls answered, jobs booked, cost per booked job.

Big agencies sell you one slice of that and call it done. I'm on the hook for all four.

For the work people don't search for yet: remodels, replacements, seasonal offers in one town.

You already know your website isn't the problem. Nobody's watching the phone.

27% of calls to home service businesses go unanswered. That's two or three jobs a week walking to whoever picked up.

What It Costs

Competitor Teardown

$47  $0

I pull apart the three contractors outranking you in your town and show you exactly what they're doing that you aren't. 48 hours. Yours to keep whether we work together or not. Free if you go ahead with a build or any other service. $47 if you just want the report.

Website Build

$1,500 to $6,500

Two weeks. Price moves with how many services and towns you need covered.

Never Miss a Call

$297 to $497/month

Missed-call text-back, follow-up sequences, and your monthly scoreboard.

Local SEO

$750 to $1,500/month

Google Business Profile, reviews, city pages, and the map pack. Optional. Most people start with the build.

Three Things I'll Put in Writing

30 days or the build is free.

Site live, call tracking installed, Google profile rebuilt, every lead source tracked to a dollar, inside 30 days. Miss it and you don't pay for the build.

An increase in calls by month three, or I work for free.

If you do not see an increase in calls by month three, I work for free until you do. Measured in your own Google call log against a baseline recorded before launch, so we are both reading the same number.

No handcuffs.

Month to month, 30 days' notice. Your domain, your hosting, your Google Business Profile, your call tracking, all in your name from day one. Fire me and you keep everything. I'll spend an hour handing it off.

Fair is fair: this assumes you answer or return calls within a business hour, get me photos and job details inside 48 hours, and tell me before you change the site or your Google profile. I can't guarantee results for a phone nobody picks up.

Where I Work

Questions I Get Asked

How much does a website cost in Parker, CO?

My builds run $1,500 to $6,500. What moves it is how many services you sell and how many towns you want to show up in. A one-truck electrician sits at the low end, a roofer covering six cities at the high end. The $47 teardown tells you which you are.

How long before I see leads?

The site goes live in two weeks. Google takes longer: early keyword movement around month four to six, steady lead flow around month ten to twelve. Anybody promising page one in 30 days is bidding on terms nobody searches. Your Google profile can move faster, sometimes inside 60 days.

Do I own my website?

Yes, and I'd put that in writing before you'd think to ask. Your domain, your hosting, your Google Business Profile, your call tracking number, all registered in your name on day one. If we part ways you keep every bit of it and I'll spend an hour walking your next person through it.

I already tried an SEO company and got nothing. Why is this different?

Fair. Most contractors who call me have been burned. The difference is the number I report on: cost per booked job. What you spent divided by jobs that got scheduled, not impressions. If that number is bad you will see it on my report before your bank account does. Month to month, no notice games.

Do you only work with contractors?

Mostly. Electricians, roofers, concrete, tree service, garage doors, HVAC, plumbing. I've built sites for other businesses in Parker and I'll take the right one, but the trades are where I know the math: what a lead is worth, what a slow February does to you, why your phone rings at 7pm.

What if I already have a website?

Then start with the teardown. Sometimes the site is fine and the problem is your Google profile or the fact that nobody's answering the phone. I'd rather tell you that for $47 than sell you a rebuild you don't need.

Start With the Teardown

$47  free if you go ahead with any service.

Forty-eight hours. I'll show you the three contractors beating you in your town and exactly what they're doing that you aren't. Every price is published before you ask. If you don't want to work with me after that, keep the report and use it yourself.
