Scroll Sites for the Things That Deserve One

One page where the scroll bar tells the story. The visitor descends through a building, flies a site plan, walks a floor, at exactly the pace they choose. Nobody in your market has one.

Start a Storyboard See the builds

From $6,000. Three to five weeks. Storyboard approved on paper before a single frame is produced, and revisions until you are happy with it.

Built for People Selling Something Big

This is not a small business website and the price says so. It earns its keep when a single closed deal is worth more than the build, which is a narrow set of people.

Real estate and developersA development that does not exist yet, sold from renders. The scroll is the walkthrough you cannot give until it is built.
Builders and architectsWork that photographs flat. Motion is how you show craft, scale and the decisions nobody notices in a still.
Funds and private equityPE, venture, hedge funds. A thesis explained in ninety seconds of scroll instead of a forty page deck nobody opens twice.
Tech and premium brandsA launch, a flagship product, a category nobody understands yet. The kind of thing people forward to a colleague.

How It Works

Four stages. You approve the whole story on paper before anything expensive happens, which is the opposite of how motion work normally gets bought.

01

The scroll bar becomes the camera

A normal site asks the visitor to assemble your vision from a photo grid and a floor plan PDF. Most will not do that work. They skim, decide it looks like the last four, and close the tab.

Here they do one thing they were already going to do, and the project reveals itself in the order you chose, at the pace they set. Nothing plays on its own. They are driving.

Real site, filmed off the screen. The hand you see is driving the motion.
02

We storyboard it before we build it

Scene by scene, with the copy that sits on each one, agreed on paper. You know exactly what you are getting before a single frame is produced.

That is where the revisions live and where they are free. Change the order, cut a scene, rewrite the line that lands on the roof shot. None of it costs anything at this stage because nothing has been rendered yet.

Aurelia. Exterior to interior in one continuous move.
03

We make the animation, including from your photos

Every scene, every transition, every motion sequence is produced here. You do not need to supply renders, hire a 3D artist or brief a motion studio.

If you already have photography, that becomes the raw material. Stills of a finished build, a site, a product, a space, turned into moving scenes that carry the same scroll.

Built from photographs of a finished project.
04

It plugs into whatever you already run

The enquiry does not land in a form nobody checks. It goes to your CRM, wherever that is, with the fields you already use.

Deployed to your own hosting account, in your name, set up entirely by us. You own it. If you also need pages that rank in search, that is separate work and a separate page.

One listing, given the treatment a whole development usually gets.

Why It Makes the Decision Easier

A deck asks somebody to hold six things in their head and assemble them. A scroll hands them one thing at a time, in the order that makes each next thing make sense. That is the whole mechanism, and it is why people finish them.

First 3 seconds

Motion earns the scroll. Nobody decides to read; they decide to keep going, which is a far smaller ask.

The descent

One idea per scene, revealed as they move. They cannot skip ahead to the price, so the value arrives before the number does.

The middle

Scale, craft and context land visually rather than as claims. You are not telling them it is impressive.

The turn

By the time the offer appears they have already spent ninety seconds inside it. The question has quietly changed from whether to how.

After

They send it to somebody. Nobody has ever forwarded a floor plan PDF, and that is the part you cannot buy with ad spend.

Eight Builds. Scroll Any of Them.

Every clip is a real site being scrolled in real time, filmed off the screen so you can see the hand driving it. None of this is a rendered video pretending to be a website.

What You Get

The full storyboard

Scene by scene, with the copy that sits on each one, approved before production starts.

Every scene produced here

All imagery and all motion. You supply no renders and hire no 3D artist.

Your photos animated

Existing photography turned into moving scenes, if you have it. If you do not, we build from scratch.

Revisions until it is right

Free at the storyboard stage. Within the approved story after that, and we will keep going if you hate it.

CRM connected

Enquiries land wherever you already work, with the fields you already use.

Tuned on real devices

Scroll-linked motion behaves differently on a phone. It gets tested on real ones, not in a resized window.

Deployed in your name

Your own hosting account, set up entirely by us. You own all of it.

Three to five weeks

From approved storyboard to live. Faster than a studio quotes the first scene.

Optional upkeep

The motion is custom-built, so most clients keep a small arrangement for changes. Priced before you sign, not after.

What It Costs

From $6,000 One time. Scoped by scenes, motion and story complexity.

A motion design studio quotes this work between $60,000 and $120,000, because it takes a room of 3D artists billing hourly and every revision is a new invoice. This is a different product from the websites built to rank.

The creative bar does not move here. The hours do. Every image and motion sequence comes out of an AI-native pipeline rather than a render farm, which is the entire reason the number starts with a six.

Three to five weeks from approved storyboard to live. You pay for your own hosting and we set all of it up on your account. If what you actually need is the local work, that is priced separately and far lower.

Questions

What exactly is a 3D scroll website?

A single-page site where the scroll bar drives the story. Instead of scrolling down a stack of photos, the visitor moves through a 3D scene, descending, flying over, walking through, with the motion tied directly to how fast and how far they scroll. Nothing plays on its own. The visitor is driving.

Will a 3D site help me rank on Google?

No, and we will not sell it that way. These builds are heavy, single-page and motion-dense, which is roughly the opposite of what ranks. This is a showcase and PR product. If you need calls from search, that is the web design and local SEO work instead.

Why does this cost less than a motion design studio?

Because the imagery and motion come out of an AI-native pipeline rather than a room of 3D artists billing hourly. A studio quotes multi-scene motion work in the high five figures. The same result starts at $6,000 because the production step is leaner. The creative bar does not move. The hours do.

What does it cost, and how long does it take?

From $6,000 one time, scoped by how many scenes, how much motion and how complex the story is. Three to five weeks from approved storyboard to live. You pay for your own hosting and we set it up on your account.

Can you use our existing photography?

Yes, and it is often the best raw material. Stills of a finished build, a site, a product or a space become moving scenes carrying the same scroll. If you have no photography we build the scenes from scratch instead.

What if we hate it?

Revisions at the storyboard stage are free and unlimited, which is deliberate: that is where changing your mind is cheap, before anything has been rendered. After production starts you still get revisions within the approved story, and if it is not right we keep working on it.

Can it connect to our CRM?

Yes. Enquiries route into whatever you already run, with the fields your team already uses, rather than into a form on a site nobody checks.

Who owns the site, and where does it live?

You own it and it lives on your own hosting account. We handle the entire setup, every image, every motion sequence, the build and the deploy, then hand you the keys.

Can it be updated later?

Yes, though honestly these are hard for another shop to pick up, because the motion is custom-built rather than assembled in a page builder. Most clients keep a small maintenance arrangement for that reason. If updates matter, raise it before you sign and we will price it in.

Can I see one live instead of on video?

Ask and we will send you a link to scroll yourself. Video undersells this format, because the whole point is that it responds to you.

Tell Us What You Are Presenting

Send the project and we will come back with a storyboard concept and a real number. No obligation to build it, and no sales call unless you want one.

What are you interested in?
No obligation and no automated call sequence. Just me reading it.
