This is a short policy because the site does very little. It has one form and no tracking. If anything below stops being true, this page changes with it.

What the form collects
The teardown form asks for your name, your email address, your website, which services you are interested in, and whatever you write about your business. Everything except the website field is required, because without a name, an email and some idea of what you do I cannot reply usefully.
There is one hidden field on the form that you will never see. It is there to catch automated submissions and is discarded.
Where it goes
Submissions are handled by Netlify Forms, which stores them on Netlify's infrastructure and forwards them to me. Netlify is the company that hosts this site. Their handling of that data is governed by their own privacy terms.
I read every submission myself. Nothing is passed to a sales team, because there is no sales team, and nothing is sold or shared with anybody for marketing.
How long it is kept
Enquiries stay in the Netlify dashboard and in my email until they are no longer useful. If you want yours deleted, email me and it goes, usually the same day. You do not have to explain why.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no cookies of its own. There is no Google Analytics, no advertising pixel, no session recording and no third-party script of any kind. That is unusual and it is deliberate.
The one thing that reaches a third party is the typefaces. They are served from api.fontshare.com and cdn.fontshare.com.
That means Fontshare's servers see the IP address your browser connects from, as any server does when it sends you a file. Nothing else on the page comes from anywhere but this domain.
If analytics are added later, this section will say so before they run.
Your Google Business Profile and other accounts
If you become a client, on any of the services, I work inside accounts that belong to you: your domain registrar, your hosting, your Google Business Profile, your ad accounts. I do not copy data out of them and I do not keep access after we stop working together. Access is handed back within one business day of you asking.
Links out
Some pages link to other websites, including client sites, Google, and news outlets that have covered this business. Once you follow one of those links you are on somebody else's site and this policy no longer applies.
Changes
The date at the top of this page is when it last changed. There is no mailing list to notify, so if this matters to you, check the date.
