Contractor SEO services, measured on calls and booked jobs, not rankings. $250 to $1,500 a month, month to month, every account in your name.
Most contractors already rank for something. The estimates still do not come.
The site ranks for words nobody types, or one services page tries to rank for every job at once. Here is what fixes that, and what it costs.
The number one map pack factor is your primary Google profile category. Number two is distance, and nobody can pay past it. Most contractor profiles get the first one wrong and build nothing around the second. Whitespark, 2026.
We read the contractor SEO pages of twelve agencies, from contractor-only shops to the big national companies. Here is what they publish, and what we do.
Twelve agencies selling contractor SEO, read November 2026. Seven publish a price, from $999 to $10,000 a month. Four state a contract length. None say who keeps your Google profile. Two publish guarantee terms. Two name a contractor with a number and a date.
The Guarantee
If calls don't go up by month three, I keep working for free until they do.
Counted from your own Google Business Profile. In writing before anything starts.
Whitespark's 2026 survey ranks it the number one map pack factor. For you that is General Contractor, Remodeler, Deck Builder or Concrete Contractor, whichever job you want more of. A ten minute fix, and the first thing I check in the free teardown.
Number two is how close you are to the searcher. Google's own help page says there is no way to pay for a better map spot. So in a town twenty minutes away you show up below the map, with a real page for that town and the jobs you did there.

'Basement finishing [town]' can reach page one in a few months. 'General contractor [big city]' will not, and I will not tell you it will. One page per job, with a price range and photos of that job, is what moves.
BrightLocal 2026: 97% of people read reviews, 74% want ones from the last three months, and 80% will use a business that answers all of its reviews. Ask at the walkthrough. Reply to every one.
Number six is a high star rating. Everything above it is set-up and honesty, not spend. The full step-by-step check is in this walkthrough, with a video.
Two accounts that reached the top three on Google Maps this year, read straight off each one's own Google Business Profile. Calls rose more than 50% in a month.
The right primary category for the job you want more of. Services listed. Twenty or more photos from your own jobs, captioned, not stock.
Basements in one town. Decks in the next. Each page has a real price range and photos of that job. The website side of the same work.
A text and a QR card the moment the homeowner signs off. Every review answered within a few days.
The same grid across your service area, re-run each month. You watch the edges fill in, closest towns first.
How many calls your Google profile and your site sent you, and how many became booked jobs. That is the report. Missed calls texted back is the follow-up system.
A month. $250 starts the Google profile work in one town. $1,500 covers several towns, new job and town pages every month, videos and link building. A 90-day start, then month to month with 30 days notice.
If your website needs rebuilding first, that is a one-time $1,500 to $6,500. If your site is fine, we keep it.
Full breakdown on the pricing page. The website side: contractor website design.
$250 to $1,500 a month, with a 90-day start and then month to month. If the website needs rebuilding first, that is a one-time $1,500 to $6,500. Seven of the twelve agencies we read publish a price. The lowest is $999 a month and most start at $2,000 or more.
The profile fixes can move the map in the first month. Job and town pages take a few months to climb. Real call volume usually lands around month six. That is why the guarantee line is month three, not month one.
No. Google's own page for business owners says nobody can promise you the top spot, and if someone does, find someone else. What I put in writing is this: if your calls have not gone up by month three, I keep working for free until they do.
The one for the job you want more of. A remodeler who wants kitchens picks Kitchen Remodeler, not General Contractor. Google uses the primary category more than anything else on the profile. The other categories go in as secondary.
Primary category set for the job you sell, an address in the town, reviews with replies, and a page on your site for each job and town. I filmed the whole check, step by step, on a real search.
No 12-month contract. There is a 90-day start, then month to month with 30 days notice. Of the twelve agencies we read, Scorpion requires 12 months for SEO and WebFX a 6-month commitment. Eight say nothing about a term at all.
You do. It is in your name from day one, with your domain, hosting, website and tracking number. None of the twelve agency pages we read say who keeps the profile. Ask that before you sign anything, anywhere.
Not always. If your site loads fast on a phone, has a tappable number at the top, and has a page for your main jobs, we keep it. If one services page lists everything, a rebuild usually pays for itself. The free teardown tells you which.
In the map pack, mostly no. Distance is the second biggest factor and nobody can pay past it. Below the map, yes. A real page for each town you cover, with jobs you did there, gets you found.
Both can run, but they are not the same thing. Angi matches each homeowner request with up to five pros and Thumbtack charges the moment someone contacts you. A page that ranks sends you the homeowner alone, and you keep the page. Use the platforms as a valve for slow weeks.
More every year. BrightLocal found the share of people asking ChatGPT and similar tools for local recommendations went from 6% to 45% in one year. Those tools read your Google profile, your reviews and your pages. The same work that moves the map pack gets you named by an AI answer.
Some of it. Fix your primary category, caption your gallery photos, and ask for reviews at the walkthrough this week. Writing a real page for each town and job every month, and building local links, is where most owners run out of hours.
No. The work is done remotely, on calls and screen shares. A contractor anywhere in the US gets the same plan and the same price.
Based in Parker, Colorado. The work is remote, so a contractor anywhere in the US gets the same plan and the same price.
I'll show you the three contractors beating you in your town, what category their profiles use, and where your map is empty. Forty-eight hours, no call required. Yours to keep either way.
Free competitor teardown. If you do not see an increase in calls by month three, I work for free until you do.
