Ten agencies claim they can run digital marketing for a water treatment or filtration business, not just SEO, the full mix: paid search, social ads, email, content. Most of what's public is a headline percentage with no agency saying what it's measured against. So this is the checked version: who reports a number you could actually verify, who only gives you a percentage, and what each one specifically does for the fee.
This is the third in a series comparing vendors for water filtration and treatment businesses. The first covered web design companies and the second covered SEO specifically; this one widens the lens to the rest of the marketing mix, paid ads, social, and email, on top of SEO.
What Actually Matters When You're Comparing These
- A number you can weigh against reality. A count, leads per month, visits, views, not just a percentage with no stated starting point.
- The actual service mix, named. "Digital marketing" can mean SEO, paid search, social ads, or email. Ask which channel produced the result they're showing you.
- A client inside your actual niche. A specialist agency whose only public proof comes from a client outside its stated industry is worth a direct question.
The List
1. Your Local Site Design (⭐ Recommended for most small to mid-size water businesses)
Paid ads are part of what we do, they're just not a formally published service on the site yet, a few case studies are still in progress before that goes up. What's live and provable today is the build and the local SEO engine behind it: $1,500 to $6,500 one time, with a $297 to $497 a month follow-up system once the site launches. The proof here is the same kind shown on every other page: real call counts pulled straight from a client's own Google Business Profile, not a self-reported percentage.
Where we don't fit: a national chain running paid, social, and email simultaneously across multiple locations is better matched by a larger agency built for that scale. For a single-location install business or a filtration ecommerce brand, that's the gap this fills.
2. BAM Advertising
A branding and lead generation agency in Bridgeville, PA, with the most specific numbers on this list for a named client: Culligan Water, the national water softening and filtration brand. Reported results include 28% revenue growth, a 23% increase in paid search leads, 26,627 tracked leads per month, and 7x traffic in two years for one dealership using integrated digital media, local SEO, and content marketing. Services span paid search, social, email, content, and traditional and streaming media. Worth noting: the percentage figures don't come with a stated baseline or timeframe, only the monthly lead count does.
3. Boundify
A named case study: Domos Agua, a Mexican wastewater treatment and water purification company. Reported results are 3x qualified leads, a 150% increase in sales opportunities, and over 4.1K average monthly visits, using Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, content marketing, landing pages, and HubSpot email workflows. The monthly visit figure is an absolute number you can weigh against a business this size; the lead and opportunity multipliers don't state what they started from.
4. Moving Tree Media
A Twin Cities video production and social media agency. Their named client, Chlorinated Water Supply, a residential and commercial bulk water delivery company in Minnesota and Wisconsin, got business profile optimization, short-form video strategy, and video production. Reported results: 300,000+ video views across social platforms and a 500% increase in website traffic, plus "numerous leads" with no specific count given for that part.
5. Dilate Digital
A Perth, Australia agency with a named case study, Aussie Natural, a bottled water and water cooler delivery company that had no prior marketing investment. Dilate ran lead generation for B2B and B2C buyers, later expanding into Google Ads, SEO, Facebook, Bing Ads, and Google Local. Reported results: traffic up 45%, leads up 250%, and conversion rate up 22%, all year-over-year figures with no stated baseline number for any of them.
6. Online Marketing Gurus
An Australian agency with a named client, My Water Filter, built around social advertising. Reported results: a 9:1 return on ad spend, a 500% rise in social revenue, and a 50% drop in cost per website purchase. The onboarding also surfaced a prior website migration that had hurt the client's organic results. All three headline figures are ratios or percentages, with no revenue or order count given to check them against.
7. Krish Technolabs
A named client, Perfect Water Technologies, Inc., a water purification manufacturer, with organic SEO, paid marketing, brand visibility strategy, and a Magento 2 migration with SEO built in. Reported results: 34.79% boost in revenue, 25.34% rise in users, 26.11% increase in orders, no stated baseline for any of them. Worth a direct note: a separate case study page for the same client reports different figures, a 38% increase in conversion rate and an 11,179% lift through A/B testing, numbers that don't reconcile cleanly with the ones above or with each other.
Also Worth a Look
Three more, lighter detail here because the public proof is thinner than the seven above:
8. Hydro Demand
The only agency on this list built specifically for this industry: water softener, filtration, reverse osmosis, and whole-home water treatment companies, founded 2024, focused mostly on Meta ads and lead generation. Worth a direct note: its one public review on Clutch is a 5-star rating from a director at a Toronto jet washing company, outside the water treatment niche the agency says it targets. The reviewer reports sales and traffic increases with no specific figures given.
9. Focused Creative
A Toronto agency with a named client, Quality Water Filtration Systems, over 10 years in business. Built a targeted website, wrote content on filtration system benefits, and ran Facebook and Google ad campaigns. No quantified results are published anywhere on the case study page, only general language about a "growing customer base."
10. Oozle Media
A South Jordan, UT agency with a named client, Superior Water & Air, which had never done digital marketing before working with them. Services were content writing, SEO, and web design. The results section shows only traffic chart images with no numbers given in readable text, so there's nothing on the page itself you can actually quote or check.
How To Actually Choose

A percentage with no starting number can mean almost anything, "25% more leads" reads the same whether it's 4 becoming 5 or 400 becoming 500. That doesn't make these agencies wrong, the numbers may well be accurate, but it does mean you're trusting their arithmetic rather than checking it yourself. An absolute count, a lead number, a visit count, a view count, is one you can actually weigh against a business your size.
Past that, the honest tradeoff here is the same shape as the last two lists: specialization against proof. Hydro Demand knows this exact industry but its only public review comes from outside it. BAM Advertising, Boundify, and Moving Tree Media each have a real, checkable number, but none of them specialize in water. Ask any agency on this list for both before you sign anything: a result you can actually verify, and evidence they understand how a water treatment buyer searches and decides.
If you'd rather start with the site and the SEO work built into it from day one, the water filtration website design page has the full breakdown, and the $47 teardown shows where your own site and rankings stand right now, free either way.
